B. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR
1. Umum
a. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia Yang Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi kepada NKRI yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia tahun 1945.
b. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS Calon Anggota/Anggota TNI/POLRI.
c. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Anggota atau Pengurus Partai Politik.
d. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
e. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan.
f. Memenuhi jenjang pendidikan dan kualifikasi pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dokter dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
h. Bebas dari pemakaian narkoba yang dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah/Badan Narkotika Nasional/Kepolisian.
i. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian (POLRES) yang masih berlaku.
j. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
2. Khusus
a. KTP yang masih berlaku (bukan resi atau KIPEM).
b. Lulusan S.1 atau D.III dari perguruan tinggi negeri dengan IPK Minimal 2.60 dan untuk lulusan universitas swasta dengan IPK Minimal 3.00
c. Untuk lulusan S.1 atau D.III Luar Negeri harus disertai dengan Surat Keterangan Penyetaraan Ijazah yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI dengan konversi IPK disamakan dengan universitas negeri.
d. Untuk pendidikan Dokter Umum dan Dokter Hewan wajib melampirkan Ijazah Pendidikan Profesi
e. Untuk Tenaga Strategis dari Rumpun Teknis (jenjang SMK Teknik) dengan rincian:
1) Petugas Pemadam, kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
a) Berjenis kelamin Pria dengan tinggi badan minimal 163 cm, berat badan proporsional tidak buta warna, tidak juling, tidak tuli, tidak mempunyai kaki berbentuk X atau O, tidak memiliki penyakit jantung
, tidak bertato, tidak cacat fisik dan mental, tidak bertindik, jenis golongan darah dan jumlah hemoglobin (Hb) berada pada batas normal yang dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat jasmani dari Dokter
Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
b) Lulus dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Teknik (STM) dengan nilai ijazah (keseluruhan nilai) rata-rata 7,00.
2) Penguji PKB, kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
Lulus dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Teknik (STM) jurusan Mesin atau Otomotif dengan nilai ijazah (keseluruhan nilai) rata-rata 7,00.
3) Teknisi Listrik, kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
Lulus dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Teknik (STM) jurusan Elektronika
Listrik atau Mesin dengan nilai ijazah (keseluruhan nilai) rata-rata 7,00.
f. Untuk Rumpun Atlet Berprestasi adalah atlet yang memiliki prestasi nyata baik ditingkat nasional maupun internasional pada :
1) Prestasi nasional hanya untuk medali emas dalam Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON)/ Pekan Olahraga Cacat Nasional (PORCANAS)
2) Prestasi regional minimal medali perak dalam SEA Games/Para Games
3) Prestasi internasional minimal medali perunggu dalam Asian Games atau Olimpiade/Para Olimpic
g. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik yang dibuktikan dengan melampirkan salah satu sertifikat hasil tes kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang masih berlaku (khusus pelamar berpendidikan S.1).
1) EPT dengan nilai minimum 400
2) TOEFL Prediction dengan nilai minimum 400
3) IELTS dengan dengan nilai minimum 500
4) TOEIC dengan nilai minimum 600
h. Ketentuan usia adalah sebagai berikut :
1) Bagi S.1 usia minimum18 tahun dan usia maksimum 33 tahun per 1 September 2013.
2) Bagi D.III usiaminimum18 tahun dan usiamaksimum28 tahun per 1 September 2013.
3) Bagi SMK Teknik/STM dan SLTA/Sederajat usia minimum 18 tahun dan maksimum 23 tahun per 1 September 2013.

C. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/LAMARAN
1. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekrutmen CPNS Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
2. Setiap pelamar harus melakukan Registrasi Online melalui situs resmi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta di alamat http://www.rekrutmen.jakarta.go.id
3. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan registrasi untuk satu formasi yang disediakan dan hanya satu kali.
4. Setiap pelamar diminta untukmengupload pas foto (berpakaian sopan rapih) berwarna terbaru dengan ukuran close up 4 x 6, scan KTP, scan ijazah dan transkrip
5. Setelah mengisi form pendaftaran online peserta akan mendapatkan akun untuk memantau proses seleksi selanjutnya (ID pengguna dan password dikirim melalui email pelamar).
6. Peserta yang telah mendapatkan akun dapat melakukan pengecekan status keberhasilan pendaftaran online melalui akun masing – masing.
7. Jika terdapat kesalahan pengisian data pada saat pendaftaran online, peserta yang sukses mendaftar dapat memperbaikinya menggunakan akun yang telah diberikan.
Data akan terkunci (tidak dapat diperbaiki lagi) jika peserta sudah mendownload form registrasi online.
8. Selanjutnya peserta wajib mengirimkan berkas kepada panitia yang berisi :
a. Hasil cetakan registrasi online :
1) Biodata pelamar yang telah dicetak/tempel pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran closeup(4×6).
2) Surat lamaran yang telah ditanda tangani pelamar.
b. Lampiran Berkas :
1) Fotocopy ijazah dan dilegalisasi oleh pejabat berwenang
2) Fotocopy transkrip nilai/daftar nilai yang dilegalisasi oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
3) Fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.
4) Fotocopy sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (khusus S.1).
5) Fotocopy piagam/sertifikat atas prestasinya yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga/induk organisasi yang berwenang (khusus Atlet Berprestasi).
6) Fotocopy Ijazah Pendidikan Profesi (khusus formasi Dokter Umum/Dokter Hewan).
7) Fotocopy surat keterangan sah piagam/sertifikat dari induk organisasi cabang olahraga atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan (khusus Atlet Berprestasi).
9. Seluruh berkas lamaran disusun rapi dalam map snelhecter dan dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Berkas disusun dengan urutan sebagai berikut :
a. Biodata pelamar yang telah dilengkapi dengan foto.
b. Surat lamaran yang telah ditanda tangani pelamar.
c. Fotocopy KTP (disteples di pojok kiri atas biodata peserta )
d. Fotocopy Ijazah yang sudah dilegalisir/surat keterangan lulus asli dari Perguruan Tinggi.
e. Fotocopy transkrip nilai/daftar nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
f. Fotocopy Sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (khusus S.1).
g. Fotocopy Ijazah Pendidikan Profesi (khusus Dokter Umum/Dokter hewan).
h. Fotocopy piagam/sertifikat (khusus Atlet Berprestasi).
i. Fotocopy surat keterangan sah piagam/sertifikat (khusus Atlet Berprestasi).

10. Panitia tidak menerima berkas selain yang disampaikan melalui PO.BOX dan data lamaran dikirimkan melalui PO BOX sesuai dengan Rumpun :
a. PO BOX 4635 JKP 10046 untuk Rumpun Pendidikan
b. PO BOX 4636 JKP 10046 untuk Rumpun Kesehatan
c. PO BOX 4637JKP 10046 untuk Rumpun Teknis
d. PO BOX 4638JKP 10046 untuk Rumpun Administrasi
e. PO BOX 4639 JKP 10046 untuk Rumpun Atlet Berprestasi
11. Ketentuan warna map snelhecter bagi pelamar adalah sebagai berikut :
a. Rumpun Pendidikan map warna Merah.
b. Rumpun Kesehatan map warna Hijau.
c. RumpunTeknis map warna Biru
d. Rumpun Administrasi map warna Kuning.
e. Rumpun Atlet Berprestasi map warna Putih.
12. Pada sebelah kanan atas map ditempel kode peserta. Pada sebelah kiri atas amplop coklat ditempel kode peserta dan pada sebelah kanan bawah amplop coklat ditempel alamat pengiriman. Kode peserta dan alamat pengiriman dapat didownload untuk selanjutnya digunting dan ditempelkan sesuai dengan ketentuan tersebut.

D. PROSES SELEKSI
Seleksi dilaksanakan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut :
1. SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
a. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap dan atau tidak sesuai ketentuan dinyatakan tidak lulus seleksi administrasi.
b. Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan di web dan diminta mendownload Kartu Ujian melalui akun registrasi masing-masing yang harus dibawa pada saat mengikuti ujian Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD).
2. TES KOMPETENSI DASAR (TKD)
a. Hanya peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi dan membawa Kartu Ujian serta bukti identitas diri asli berupa KTP (sesuai dengan data saat registrasi online) yang dapat mengikuti ujian TKD.
b. Ujian TKD menggunakan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT).
c. Materi ujian TKD terdiri dari :Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan Tes Intelegensi Umum dan Tes Karakteristik Pribadi yang dibuat oleh Konsorsium Perguruan Tinggi Negeri.
3. TES KOMPETENSI BIDANG (TKB)
a. Semua peserta (kecuali pendidikan SMK Teknik/SLTA/Sederajat) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian TKD dapat mengikuti ujian TKB.
b. Ujian TKB menggunakan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT).
c. Materi ujian TKB berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan/pekerjaan yang dilamar.

4. TES FISIK
a. Peserta untuk formasi jabatan Petugas Pemadam yang dinyatakan lulus ujian TKD dapat mengikuti tes fisik.
b. Materi tes fisik terdiri dari : Lari 1.800 m dalam waktu 12 menit Pull Up 2 (dua) kali Sit Up 15(lima belas) kali Push Up 13 (tiga belas) kali Shuttle Run 23 menit.
5. WAWANCARA
Semua peserta (kecuali pendidikan SMK Teknik/SLTA/Sederajat) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian TKB akan mengikuti tes wawancara.

3. Pengiriman berkas lamaran melalui PO BOX 9 – 20 Sep. 2013 Berkas diterima panitia paling lambat 20 September 2013 (cap pos)
4. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
5. Pelaksanaan ujian TKD Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
6. Pengumuman hasil ujian TKD Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
7. Pelaksanaan ujian TKB Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
8. Pelaksanaan Tes Fisik Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
9. Pengumuman hasil ujian TKB Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut Registrasi Online
10. Pelaksanaan Tes Wawancara Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut
11. Pengumuman akhir kelulusan CPNS. Akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut

F. TEMPAT PELAKSANAAN
1. Lokasi Ujian TKD :
Lokasi ujian Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) yang meliputi tempat dan ruangan akan
diinformasikan bersamaan dengan pengumuman kelulusan seleksi administrasi.
2. Lokasi Tes Fisik :
Lokasi ujian Tes Fisik yang meliputi tempat dan ruangan akan diinformasikan setelah
pengumuman kelulusan ujian Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD).
3. Lokasi Ujian TKB :
Lokasi ujian Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB) yang meliputi tempat dan ruangan akan
diinformasikan setelah pengumuman kelulusan ujian Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD).

4. Lokasi Wawancara :
Lokasi Wawancara yang meliputi tempat dan ruangan akan diinformasikan setelah pengumuman kelulusan ujian Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB)
G. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia tidak memproses setiap lamaran yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan yang
ditetapkan oleh panitia;
2. Berkas lamaran tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi milik panitia;
3. Pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun;
4. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu-gugat;
5. Lamaran yang disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat dinyatakan tidak
berlaku;
6. Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tahapan tes di tanggung oleh pelamar;
7. Setiap pelamar yang memberikan data dan informasi tidak benar dan bersifat
merugikan dibatalkan kelulusannya dan dapat dituntut sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang berlaku;
8. Untuk membantu kesulitan teknis perihal proses registrasi online kami membuka jalur komunikasi melalui email ke panitia melalui alamat email :
layanan@rekrutmen.jakarta.go.id segala bentuk korespondensi hanya dilakukan
melalui alamat email tersebut.
9. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan akhir seleksi dan sudah melakukan pemberkasan tetapimengundurkan diri diwajibkan untukmengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan panitia sebesar Rp. 15.000.000,- (Lima belas juta rupiah) yang disetorkan kepada Kas Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dikuatkan dengan surat pernyataan yang ditanda tangani peserta di atas materai Rp. 6.000-.
10. Pengumuman dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat dilihat melalui website http://www.rekrutmen.jakarta.go.id.
11.Pengumuman akhir kelulusan pelamar CPNS Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta akan diumumkan melalui website http://www.rekrutmen.jakarta.go.id.

Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, purchase, and schedule delivery of all packaging and raw materials. Revise these orders as necessary based on production schedules.
  • Create delivery schedules based on packaging material releases. Distribute these schedules as well as revisions to the appropriate department supervisors and operators.
  • Manage inventory control of raw materials. Organize monthly and yearly physical counts with the Accounting department. Analyze inventory variances and implement preventative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a management related field.
  • 2+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging operations; regulated industry experience preferred.
  • SAP; or related ERP system and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.
